Module for BSH Hausgerate household appliances

The aim of this project is to offer new functional improvements  of home appliances for the Eastern Europe market. The improvements should be oriented to the peculiarities and traditions of the proposed consumer segment. The design should also take into account the current trends in the design of household appliances.
One of the major trends in food consumption is the choosing to eat natural, homemade food. Because of this, people have recently started to return more and more to the tradition of preserving vegetables, fruits, herbs
and other healthy foods by canning or dehydrating them. Dehydration is the fastest method of food preparation and keeps plant fruits, herbs and mushrooms edible for a longer period of time

In collaboration with BSH Hausgerate Company, was developed a dehydrator that can be integrated
into a Warming Drawer

The project design process included:
                        • Formation of the project concept and defining a product consumer -
                                men and women in the age of 20-70 years old, who follow a healthy diet;
                        • Interviewing potential consumers and researching product features;
                        • Selecting a solution that suits the requirements of the selected market;
                        • Creating various sketches of the product;
                        • Choosing the color palette that best suits the stylistic idea of the project;
                        • Developing project visualization and making a hard model;
                        • Creating a concept of the BSH app and graphics
